I've worked at two "big" consulting firms in my past, been both an employee at a start-up firm and founder of my own boutique, start-up consulting firm, and an executive at a venture-backed software start up.
My passion is helping ambitious CEOs, founders, and their executive teams simplify to navigate complex change with confidence by providing independent counsel, executive coaching, and rigorous oversight to ensure successful strategy execution while preserving culture and building internal capabilities for sustainable growth. I work primarily with high growth and troubled software and technology services firms, financial services firms, and healthcare providers.
